Mix it in advance. I personally would just use a shaker, mix it in advance (before I leave for the gym) It'll give enough time for the foam (to die down)

so I have been reading only this forum for the product and didnt realize that a promotion(s) has been going on over on bb.com. Is CL giving out tubs to try over here also, or did I just drop the ball and was supposed to be reading bb.com?

P.S. Got my stack in of White Blood, Blue Gene, to go with my creatine (half bottle left of cee before I start green mag) and orange triad. I have already noticed increased focus and feel like i can just keep going. Still little early to tell on the strength, recovery, etc but I am feeling optimistic. Waitiing on this Intra product release before deciding what intra to get but am getting the wife pw for her workouts, as she is now saying "what bout my supplements."
