    My butt's coming up a little on the drive so need to work on that but otherwise it was a good bench day. Last set actually felt the best, no struggle with that 3rd rep.

            • Last heavy week. Next week will just be openers followed by a rest week. 305 felt easy so instead of 315 (314 was last meets pr), I went for 320. Bar was a little far, than on the 330 was a little too close, hit my knees. Still got it.
