-decent workout, of course first time back in gym so i took it easy and most things were hard let alone wimpy weights
Day 2.
deadlifts 135x10, 225x5, 315x2, 225x5
speed deads 135x10x10x10
sumo deads 135x10x10x10
sumo SLDL 135x10x10x9 lost grip
ham mach 50x10x10, 30x10 1leg
overhead cable curl 20x20x20, 30x20
bentover curls 15x10, 25x15, 35x10, 45x3+
-another decent workout i felt weak but pumped and happy to be back
