    Hello Community here you will find my goals, my stats, my workouts please feel free to comment however you want.

    Currently 190 LBS Lost nearly 30lbs this summer

    Heaviest 220 beginning of this year during my GlycerGrow review

    CURRENT GOALS
    -gain weight while maintaining a somewhat low bodyweight
    -gain lost strength back- hit my bests and get some PRS
    -feel better about myself doing above 2

    Workout best i can with my 2 bad shoulders
    1- right shoulder collarbone shoulder joint bump thing barbell benching makes it feel really weird and scares me i think i will totally not touch a barbell

    2- left side is injured somehow prob bec it had to makeup for right side. past injuries to left side include 2 broken collarbones one really bad. dislocation of collarbone at both joints and rotation of the bone itself. funky love RUGBY

    3- enuff talking lets get to it

    I have logs on BB.com, CL.com, and 1fast FYI all copy and pasted but of course user feedback will vary

    i dont use lifting straps anymore due to a vein thingy issue with my left pinky

    First week back from a long gym break

    inc db bench 20xwarmup, 35x10alt, 45x13, 55x9

    seat mil db 15x10slow, 20x10, 30x10, 35x15

    inc tate (10x10, 15x10, 25x10nonstop), 30x10, 35x5

    V pushdowns 70x10, 80x15, 90x15, 100x15, 190x3

    BB rows 95x10x5, 145x5x5

    db flyes 15x10, 35x5

    1arm upward crossovers 20x10x10

    -decent workout, of course first time back in gym so i took it easy and most things were hard let alone wimpy weights

    Day 2.

    deadlifts 135x10, 225x5, 315x2, 225x5

    speed deads 135x10x10x10

    sumo deads 135x10x10x10

    sumo SLDL 135x10x10x9 lost grip

    ham mach 50x10x10, 30x10 1leg

    overhead cable curl 20x20x20, 30x20

    bentover curls 15x10, 25x15, 35x10, 45x3+

    -another decent workout i felt weak but pumped and happy to be back

    Day off inbtw did 5+ miles jog/run and some other stuff

    BB bench 45x15, 95x10x10, 115x7, 135x5x? not sure if finished

    BTB pushdowns 50x15, 70x15, 115x25, 190x20, 310x10x15 (190+ diff mach)

    tbar row with rope bah 45x10x90x10, 55x10, 70x6

    pec flye mach 100x10x10x10

    db fyles 25x10, 30x5, 25x6

    db rear lats 5x15(together etc), 10x10, 15x15 (1arm), 20x10 (1arm)

    -another decent workout.. my veins are crazy and i cannot wait to put the muscle back on.. feeling good but weak

    wide squat smith mach 50x10, 90x4x5x5 (man inner hip/pelvic pain ouch)

    norm squat smith 90x7x5x5x3 (last super slow)

    shrugs 95x10F 10B, 135x12F 10B, 185x10F 10B, 5F 5B (front, back holds)

    rope hammer curls 60x20, 80x20, 100x10, 120x4

    stand db curls alt 25x8, 35x10, 40x5, 50x2.5

    walking weight lunges 35db x 2walks about 40yd total rest at 20s

    -there we go.. first week back in gym. 4 days of lifting.. im BACK and i hope to stay.. encouragement would be nice its hard lifting like a wimp again

    Current Weight around 190

    Current supplements

    Designer Whey Choc for time being i do like test compared to 100% Opt

    Eclipse HBM + Vanadyl XX ... prob wont cont this but was recommended by a big dude in a shop i want to trust.. i took his word for it but will prob never do again.. not compaining about this combo or anything but have yet to find anyone saying o wow nice stack etc..

    Currently also taking 1-2 RevXP pills with some meals and preworkout along with starting today 1 bottle trimspa 2-3 pills total daily with meal/preworkout

    IM taking these fat burner energy things cuz i have them as you can see i only take 1-2 pills max when recommend dossage is 2-4 pills

    I also have one small sample bottle thermogain and small bottle pump tech.. of course i havent paid for any of this.. so no BASHING..

    I also have at least 20 servings or more of Glycergrow left from my testing of it several months ago.. it seemed to work then ill try and use it now and hope for the best !


    Any supplement brands or reps reading this. Ill try almost anything as a free sample.. i want to remain pretty natural.. but my devil side always wants me not to since ive hit many stag points.. so plz pm me some samples or full products to do a testing log.     I think i included everything i wanted to besides diet because thats always an issue.. i dont have access to any heating things during lunch cuz i do construction for the time being so cold foods or eating out always doing my best to get solid meals.. lifeguard on weekends leaves me some decent time to eat but shifts are funky so who knows.. hope you enjoy this log and i hope i can continue to update it !

    db rows 50x10, 75x10, 100x10x8 so glad i could do these already lost grip a lot

    db flyes 20x10, (15x10,10x10,5x10dropsets), 5xmax, max

    again i dont use straps anymore or at least yet so i lost grip on 100s doing 1arm db rows.. so i did like 2-5 reps put it down for a second and continued to 10.. overall good workout my arms looking really big and shoulder muscles even though shoulders werent worked .. either way im glad to be back in gym.. overall body felt good no pains just weakness that will soon be a memory

    no workout today. some bodyparts are hurting and i love that feeling

    i plan on working out sunday aka tomm hopefully these pains dont mess anything up i think its a deadlift combo day

    lifeguarded 7hours my eyes are burning
