  • Whats better for post workout? GM or GB

    i have GM for pre but just got a bottle of GB. so what would give me better results or work better, taking GM or GB as a post workout recovery creatine supp. thanks

    Both are solid, but for insane recovery between sets / between workouts... look into Purple WRAATH / Purple INTRAIN / Blue GENE

      lol i have PW and BG and im going to to order PI soon. but between the two (GB and GM) would on be better for post than the other? better recovery time or anything like that?

        Both GB and GM should be used pre if possible, so maybe try them both ?

              Of course it's preference most of time, but I have experimented with different timing etc and found using half scoop GM combined with WF pre and half scoop combined with my protein/waxymaize drink after gives solid results/recovery. I know most say GM(full dose) pre, but I really believe immediately after a wo your body uses it well. Also, i believe the reason GM is recommended by most pre is for the benefits its profile has for wo.

                I don't think either has really helped me recover quicker or reduce DOMS, but once I introduced BG into the mix, all recovery times dropped dramatically. I would lift heavy on one part, feel a bit tired for a day, and then feel like I could do the same lifts all over again.
