        I may be confused on your response, but isn't WF supposed to be taken pre-workout?

            Pretty much, if you do a pre workout meal, take it 90 min after. If you dont have a pre workout meal, 15 to 30 pre workout.

              Now here's a question, on days you primarily do Cardio (bike) would you bother taking the GM/BG/WF?

                Take the GM and BG daily....WF is optional.

                  Ok, so I decided to add PW and WB to the mix (I'm probably over doing this). I take OT in the morning and evening with food. GB/BG 60min pre-workout, WF 20min pre-workout, PW during work out, and WB/ZMA post workout 30min prior to bed. Does that sound right?
